Our capacitors are designed with polypropylene film dielectric, which provides excellent electrical insulation properties. The aluminum plates are deposited by vacuum evaporation to ensure a uniform and reliable structure. The windings are non-inductive, further improving performance. The leads are made of tinned wire to ensure good connectivity and corrosion resistance. For added safety, the capacitors are protected by a coated flame-retardant epoxy resin. Markings include manufacturer logo, series dielectric code, capacitance, tolerance and DC nominal voltage, providing clear identification and compliance. Our capacitors have an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 degrees Celsius and are suitable for a variety of electronic applications.
Our capacitors are available in a variety of voltage rating options, including 100VDC, 250VDC, 400VDC and 630VDC. Capacitance ranges from 0.047uF to 3.5uF, suitable for different electronic applications. Capacitance tolerances are measured at 1KHZ and provide ±5% (J) or ±10% (K) accuracy. The capacitor has a dissipation factor (DF) ≤ 0.1 at 25℃±5℃ and 1KHZ, enabling efficient energy transfer and minimal power loss. Our capacitors also have excellent insulation resistance. At 25℃±5℃, charged at 100VDC for 1 minute, the insulation resistance is ≥5.000MΩ when C≤0.33uF, and the insulation resistance is ≥5.000uF when C>0.33uF. To ensure safety, the test voltage between terminals is 1.75 times the rated voltage for 2 seconds. Choose our high-quality capacitors for your electronic needs.
